SHIPPING INFORMATION

Klind Pottery ships with the USPS- parcel post insured unless arrangements are made in advance for priority mailing.  If your item is needed in a hurry please call in for credit card orders between 5PM & 8PM mountain standard time.  We accept payment with VISA or MasterCard.

RETURNS

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with Klind Pottery made in Montana.  If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact the post office making sure you save the packaging and insured number for their inspection. If a return is necessary for another reason, please return product within  14 days for a refund.  Shipping is at the customers expense. Due to the hand made nature of our products, you should expect slight differences from item to item with respect to glaze, size and shape. Klind Pottery is one of a kind.

CARE INFORMATION

Pottery is dishwasher,microwave and oven safe.It is sensitive to thermal shock and temperature changes. Pottery is best placed in a cool oven, then set oven to your selected temperature not exceeding 350F.DO NOT BROIL, SET ON OPEN FLAME OR HEATING ELEMENT
